LOGO INFORMATION:
Basic pricing is for one logo/position up to 4-colors. See SETUP FEES below for additional logo/position information.

SETUP FEES:
A $20 one-time setup charge will apply. If a same logo is used at 2nd location - no charge. If different logo is used at 2nd location - add $1 per chair. If artwork/logo is changed on reorder, there will be a $20 charge per changed logo.

ARTWORK:
Camera-ready or electronic artwork is preferred. A clean black and white logo may be accepted. If further cleanup on artwork is necessary, $30 per hour will be charged with one-hour minimum.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Allow 2-4 weeks on Stadium Chair, Bag Chair and Seat Cushion, 8-10 weeks for Sideline Chair after receipt of proof approval. Rush service is available.

RUSH ORDERS:
For delivery of  rush orders, allow three weeks after receipt of proof approval. One location/logo - add $4 per chair over base cost. For second location/logo- add an additional $2 per chair ($4 + $2 = $6 per chair for 2 locations/logos).

SAMPLES:
Sample chairs may be purchased. Call for pricing.  If sample is returned to us within 15 days in saleable condition with shipping box, a refund will be made (less shiping cost). An invoice will be included with sample.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES:
Minimum quantities for orders of Stadium Chairs, Bag Chairs, and Locker Stools is 24 each. Minimum quantity for orders of StadiumCushions is 200. Minimum quantity for orders of SidelineChairs is 36. Orders must be in case lots.

REPEAT ORDERS:
Minimum quantities apply on reorders. There will be no charge for setup fees, if there is no change in artwork. For new artwork/changes, see setup/artwork above.

CANCELLATIONS:
No cancellations will be accepted after logo/artwork is approved.

WARRANTY:
All products carry a six month limited warranty on defects of merchandise for normal use only.

SHIPPING:
UPS if not otherwise specified.

TERMS:
Net 30 days based on credit approval. Discount for payment with order.

TRADEMARKS:
We assume no responsibility for determining who holds the title of the trademark. All liabilities rest with the customer.
